Learning to Write Well Can Be Beneficial to Your Health and Relationship
I think you are probably curious or puzzled if you are reading this article. What has writing got to do with health and relationship? Isn't that ridiculous? Well, if you just think about the normal writing that wo do in our daily life, then obviously it has got nothing to do with health and relationship.
Filling a survey is probably not going to help you much in your health or relationship even though that is considered a form of writing, unless you are doing it on a computer. When I say writing, I am refering to the kind of writing that can help you relax or to express yourself.
For example, writing a journal is a form of writing that can help you improve your health and relationship. How? Well, sometimes, there is something that you want to say but it is just not appropriate to say it out. Sometimes, you wish to tell someone about something. You want to tell someone how sad you are. But there seems to be no one you can trust.
But we all know that it is unhealthy to keep everything in your heart over a prolong period of time. If you cannot say it out, you can always write it out. This is a great way to express your feelings and by doing so. And by doing so, it is beneficial to your health since you are not keeping things in your heart.
But what about relationship? Well, as far as writing a journal is concerned, it is a great way to reflect on your life in general. When reflecting on your life, one thing that is important is obviously your relationship. You can always reflect on your relationship.
You might gain some insight on how to improve your relationship and make it better. So that is why writing can actually help you in your relationship. Make sense? Of course, another form of writing that can help you improve your health is writing down your goals.
For example, you can write down the goal of exercising for 30 minutes everyday. If you do stick to the goal you have written, obviously your health is going to improve. And the fact that you actually bother to write down your goal means you are much more likely to do it.
Writing down your goals can also improve your relationship. For example, if one of your goal is to surprise your wife every once in a while, write it down. And if you do stick to your goal, obviously your relationship is going to improve simply because of what you write. Again, the fact that you actually write down your goal means you are much more likely to go ahead and do it.
