There is another place known as Halong City, the bay as well as city are two different visiting places however, Halong city is not as beautiful as the bay is, so you can choose to take complete rest in the city rather than go on exploring it as it does not offer something unique or incredible. During the months of February till April, the temperature in this place falls below 10 degree Celsius, although the temperature is not a barrier to the visit. Falling fog in low temperature makes the water bodies and vegetation around it all more striking and this month is perfect to travel in Vietnam.
