90gsm bond has now become the standard weight of stock for
Printing Letterheads in Brisbane . 90gsm is both heavier and bulkier than 80gsm, which means that it feels nicer and will pass through office printers with less paper jams etc. 90gsm bond will also crease and crinkle less easily than 80gsm bond, as it is bulkier & heavier. If you want a premium Letterhead that stands out due to the stock itself, try a 100gsm or a specialty stock.
Full Colour
For most Small Business full colour letterheads are by far the most cost effective option. We print our full colour letterheads in aggregated groups runs, which allows for fast turnaround times and extremely competitive prices. Full colour letterheads are much more economical than PMS colour lettereheads for small quantities such as 500, 1000, 2000. Pms colour letterheads become a similar price as full colour letterheads, once the qty reaches around 5000. For Large quantities of Letterhead, PMS printing can be more cost effective than CMYK (full colour).
PMS Colour
PMS colour letterheads are great for large companies who require very specific colour matches. Some colours like bright oranges, blue, fluros and metallic colours (Silver, gold etc) can not be achieved with full colour printing, and will require a PMS colour.
Offset Print
An offset press uses ink to print, which soaks into the paper. All Letterheads should be printed on an offset press, so that they are safe to use in a laser printer. The ink is non-reactive with heat, so it is not effected as the laser printer bakes the toner onto the paper.
Digital Print
A Digital Press prints using toner, which is baked onto the page. This is the same process as used in laser printers, which is where the problem arrises. The toner from the digital press is still heat reactive, and will melt/smear when the laser printer bakes the toner onto the letterhead.

With Compliments slips are like a small Letterhead which can be used for small hand written notes, thank you notes etc . With compliment slips are generally DL size, but can also be A5 size on occasion.
