Basically, you can go to any place. But, if youve got to choose between 2 areas, then I would recommend you to check these 3 things first. Are there barely any quests? Are there many mobs which will interrupt you? Does it take 15 minutes to go from north, to south? If this is the case, then I highly recommend you to go to an other place.

When it comes down to which quests to accept or not, youll have to watch a couple of things. You see, the quests that you want to avoid are the ones which takes you 15 minutes to complete, for a small amount of experience.

You want to accept quests which will give you a decent amount of experience for a small investment of time. Think like kill, or gather quests. Such quests are the ones that you need to accept.

Level A Rogue With The Best Leveling Build

The best leveling build to level a rogue is in my opinion, and Ive played a rogue Combat. This is great for survivability. Blade flurry saved me many times. If you combine that with riposte, evasion and adrenaline rush You will be able to get your enemies down very quickly.
