The LG GD880 Mini is the latest addition to the trendy mini series

, in a fast growing range of mobile phones, from all the well known manufacturers, that all bare this new name in their model descriptions. The LG Mini however, is unique in the fact that it truly is the world's smallest mobile phone featuring a full size 3.2"touch screen.

The LG GD880 Mini is a very slim phone with a height of 103mm and only 11mm thick, ensuring the phone will fit in just about any size pocket. The term mini however, does not relate to the phones functionality, because though it may be tiny in size, the device is equipped with all the features, todays mobile phones should offer, and in some cases the LG Mini offer s more.

On the outside the LG Mini offers a very basic design with no visible buttons, like it is the case with so many other touch screen type of phones. On the back there only is the lens of the 5.0 mega pixel camera, which is the current standard for cameras on a mobile phone.

The LG GD880 Mini makes use of HSDPA to establish fast download speeds up to 7.2 Mbps; it also has Wi-Fi capabilities for wireless Internet and GPS for navigational purposes. The phone comes equipped with a fully functional media player, FM stereo radio, Bluetooth and a wide variety of social networking utilities. Its internal memory is expandable up to a very generous 32 GB, through the use of a microSD card.

The launch of this new addition to the LG GD880 Mini brand will be spread over a wide variety of networks, with all popular providers ready to offer a package in combination with the LG GD880 Mini, and the popular Pay As You Go variant certainly won't be far behind, through one of the many third party resellers.
