Mr. James Ward is the mand behind the magic slot machines. He formed this company just before Christmas of 2009. His other company, LGN prosperity was the forerunner to this brainchild and has been on the market for about 24 months.
THE PRODUCT
So how does it work? Basically, in LGN prosperity, you fork out $300 bucks for a membership website that allows you to download ebooks, software and other personal development stuff.
I must confess, I haven't yet had the chance to personally evalute the goods so I havent' made a judgement call on whether or not the initial value is there.
One big advantage to this company is they really do have a cool website.
I'm curious, however, how come they don't use any name recognition from their "top trainers" to borrow some credibility.
If people like Brian Tracy or Mark Victor Hansen were involved in this project, you would think they would use those Big Names as a selling point on the website.
One website said that all the products can be found at no cost on other websites.

THE COMPENSATION
The thing that is really exciting regarding this opportunity is the fact that it's easy for the vast majority of people to understand. That, my friend, is a recipe for rapid growth.
In It also has some get rich quick aspect to the presentation as prospects can see themselves cycling over and over in a very short amount of time, and getting $777 checks printed each time. People sometimes are attracted to lucky more than work. This could work in LGN's favor.
One downside to the comp plan is the lack of residual income. The income in the LGN Prosperity compensation plan is completely based upon getting new people into the deal.
There have been companies that produced MASSIVE incomes for their reps using similar style compensation plans. Destiny Telecom was a company that sold a calling card. The compensation was similar in that there was a one time only purchase.
If the concept catches fire like Destiny Telecom did, there will be some sick incomes produced.
If it doesnt catch fire, reps will be stuck in a sales job where they are endlessly working round the clock to cycle again and again to get the cash machine to spit out the money.

The bottom line is this. People will make money with LGN prosperity but here's a hidden secret that can make all the difference.
There are over 1000 network marketing companies, each promoting jaw dropping pay plans. This is not where the fortune lies. Would you like to know where the treasure really is?
