How Much Time and effort Do Life Coaching Programs Require From Me

As the author of The Last Year of Your Life and the founder of The Last Year of Your Life 52-week Experience, I have written a series of short articles to answer the many questions I get asked about how to live your life to the fullest.

In this article I answer a question that I get asked a lot, and that is, 'how long does it take to do this program? I know it is 52 weeks long but how much time every week do you have to put in?'

Well, that depends on how you do it.

If you get the book, you are on your own schedule. With the other life coaching programs, you have time planned each week with your life purpose coach.

If you do it with the online program, there is usually about half an hour to an hour's worth of classroom work, instructional work that is going to be in each week's presentation for you.

With the mastermind team program, which included executive life coaching, that is usually an hour to a two-hour phone call every week.

And then, there is whatever homework you are going to put in to changing your life and creating a life that you have always dreamed of for yourself, for living out your life to the fullest during the last year of your life.

That is going to vary from person to person.

But one of the things that I really recommend is that everybody goes to and experiences the Burning Man Festival.

And of course, when you go to Burning Man, that is a 7-day, 168-hour committment. I mean it's 24/7 at Burning Man.

You are really getting the most out of life when you are there. And that is going to be an extraordinary week and a changing point in your life, a real turning point in your life but it is going to require extra time in order to do that.

And that is basically the golden rule.

I mean, you get out of life what you put into it. So how much time is it going to take? Well, how much time is it going to take? How much time do you have? How much time are you willing to commit?

As much as you are willing to commit, that is what you are going to benefit from.

I have been Living The Last Year of Your Life for the past three years now and it has been the most incredible experience in my life.

I know that you'll get a lot out of it too, and I want you to do it because in The Last Year of Your Life, anything is possible.
