Life is a Celebration Celebrate it with great joy

On my birthday people asked me how I celebrate my birthday.

My answer was: "I celebrate life every day"

I want to share with you how you can do it too.

The most important thing - what you focus on enhances, this equation works well in all aspects of life.

For example, if we would thank the good things that happen in our lives and be joyous- we will also have more and more of those things and we will feel more joyous. If we would treat every person with love and respect, the love will expand into every area of our lives.

Try it with celebrating life..and see how great it works

Have you ever thought of the word celebration and what it meant to you? Well, close your eyes for a minute and think of the word celebration. Take a few deep breaths and then write the words that come to your minds.

When I think of celebration I hear happiness, people, beauty, abundance, music, laughter, togetherness, gifts, colors, love, fun, and joy.

After you finish writing it all, read it again to yourselves and.live life in festivity.

Experience the things you wrote in your list. Listen to music, tell a joke, bring more colors into your lives, and enjoy what it is you are doing. Watch a funny film, buy gifts for your loved ones, just for no reason.

Meet interesting people, notice the abundance in your lives, and treat yourselves and your surrounding with love.
