VW Commercial is very excited that order books have now opened at VW Van Centre in Bury St Edmunds for the new VW Caddy and VW Caddy Kombi. Although the Combi and Caddy Life are passenger carrying vehicles both are actually based on the VW Caddy van.

The Caddy Life features a long list of standard equipment to match its bigger brother the Maxi including, 'Climatic' air conditioning, RCD 310 radio / CD player, body-coloured bumpers, door handles and exterior mirrors and black roof rails. The Caddy Life also comes with 15-inch 'Kemora' alloy wheels as standard.

The Maxi Kombi adds a little bit more versatility to the already practical Caddy range; the Kombi has a removable three seat bench. The Kombi has an impressive load area that is fitted with durable rubber flooring, it has a capacity of 1.6 m3 with the additional bench seat in place, increasing to 3.9 m3 with the rear seats folded, up to a maximum load capacity of 4.1 m3 with these The Maxi Kombi adds a little bit more versatility to the already practical Caddy range; the Kombi has a removable three seat bench. These new models in the VW Commercial range have been bolstered with safety equipment too, both have Electronic Stabilisation Programme (ESP) incorporating Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Differential Lock (EDL), Traction Control System (TCS) and Motor Slip Regulation (MSR) that prevents wheels from slipping when there is excessive engine braking on low-grip surfaces.
