This is a recipe for efficiency and optimal brain performance.
Your next step toward a lifestyle change is going to be your diet. You may have to cut back or even eliminate some of the foods you love, but in the long-term you will be happy you did this. You will have to start eating foods that have high nutritional values. You will also want to make sure that you are avoiding high cholesterol foods, salty foods, and fatty foods. Most importantly, you have to avoid fast food and junk food that is full of empty calories and sugar.
