Lightyear Wireless Scam: Fact Or Fiction?

The ideals of fraud and deceit surface whenever a company has made a lot of money for a lot of people

. A cloud of suspicion falls on a normally legitimate company when a new idea works against the competition. Lightyear Wireless has made a huge jump in the way people make money and how they do it and the Lightyear Wireless scam was created.

Lightyear has been is business for over fifteen years and has recently tried to present their product by increasing their sales force through multi-leveling marketing. By creating a larger sales force the company offers distributorship to anyone who qualifies to be a representative. Both the company and the rep wins in this situation and the rep benefits from the tools the company has to offer to help them sell the product.

An upfront fee of $99 is asked for from the new rep and a monthly 50$ fee is asked for continuation of services. The company will then supply a support network that includes a web site, out of office support and a tracking system. They even receive a new phone from Lightyear with activation with the 3G wireless network.

The intention of all that support is to help a sales representative sell the wireless service and to make a small profit from each sale. An independent sales rep can also offer other services as well, such as Extreme Voip, Dish Network, Direct TV and broadband internet service from Comcast and Charter.

Though the services are impressive, it is still up to the representative to sell them. Without the salesmanship, the product will not move and the rep does not make the money. Often times people will jump on a chance to sell something with the skills of a seasoned salesman.

If you have never been in the sales business or have tried multi-level marketing you might see it as a scam. There are a lot of companies that try this type of marketing and some have remained in business for years. They make profit and pass that profit to their reps. They will give you the tools and if you work hard, you will make money. If you do not, the money will not just be handed to you.

The bottom line is the Lightyear Wireless Scam is a myth. The company offers a legitimate plan that with hard work and perseverance can make money. Lightyear provides all the tools to help a salesperson start and maintain their own business, and they charge a fee for their services. That is not a scam, that is business.
