We all know that traditionally, the venue to purchase vitamin supplements would have been at pharmacy/drug stores. For starters, there is simply no denying that it has made the liquid supplements - and the benefits they come with - available to more people. This is precisely the reason why liquid vitamins are quickly rendering the pill vitamins obsolete. People tend to buy products that are more easily available to them, and in terms of supplementary vitamins, that would be the liquid supplements distributed through direct marketing channels.
Further on, there would also be the fact that the distribution of liquid vitamins through direct marketing channels has considerably lowered distribution costs for the supplements. The end result is the lower price at which the liquid supplements are sold, which is another great attraction to them.
And still on the upside, we see the presentation of liquid vitamins through direct marketing channels as something that has the effect of making more people partake of the profits made out of the supplements. In the traditional pharmacy-based distribution of liquid supplements, the only people who would have benefitted from the enterprise would have been the manufacturers and drug store owners. But under the direct marketing scheme, this elitism is eliminated; as the users of the liquid vitamins also get to partake of the profits made out of them.
