Photographs are the key to making this happen. You should only list your home on sites that allow you to upload at least 10 photographs. The photographs should highlight the best aspects of the home as well as unique characteristics a buyer isn't going to find anywhere else. Buyers drive to homes to get a first impression. They sit in their bathrobe, drink coffee and click away. A buyer who likes what he or she sees in your photographs is already half way to making an offer. If you dont upload photographs, you are wasting your time listing your house anywhere.
