Let's face it, you work your butt off trying to get traffic to your website. You sit up all night getting backlinks. You take all the time to research keywords. You spend hours perfecting your web page, and three times that amount of time writing and posting articles.

Finally, after all your time, money and effort, you start getting visitors to your website. You think sweet! You are pumped.

However...Put yourself in the shoes of your customer. They stumble across your website. It looks good. It's professional. They think "I will buy".

Then it happens... Your customer has a simple question, a minute little detail you didn't cover on your sales page.

Now What? Your customer thinks, "I can contact them via email, but I want to know now. It will probably take them 5 days to answer me. Screw it! I'm going somewhere else."

And, you lost the sale. All that hard work, wasted. You were so close.
