Does this company pull from a shelf a pre-boxed nightstand that has been sitting on a warehouse shelf all year and the box has now begun to slump or even has weather damage?

Along with your free shipping, is the company free of customer service? Once they have your money can you get a hold of anyone again? Where is my furniture? Beep, leave a message. How do I assemble my bed? Beep, leave a message.

Warranty On Your Log Furniture

Sometimes free shipping can mean little or no warranty on the item you have purchased. You put your log bed together, your kids have a sleep over and you hear a crash. The bed breaks. You call the company from whom you purchased the bed. If you get a live person on the phone you might be told there are no warranties on this item and they are sorry.
