Loading my Logitech Quickcam for Mac was fast and easy
, it really did not require me to have much computer tech-knowledge. Thanks to the technology of this computer gadgit it did not involve me to download any software. The Logitech Quickcam for Mac has a built in UVC driver and uses a standard USB connection. Letting me connect to my college student as soon as he was settled in his dorm. (not that he was as eager as I was in staying in touch.) I want to share with you why and where I end up buying my easy to set up webcam and we can get to that later in this article.
I am not a computer or webcam expert and only learned about this camera from a friend who had wanted to sell her Logitech 9000 pro and was looking for an additional webcam to get for her son who was going off to college. She mentioned that the 9000 pro was great but that it gave her some minor problems like the focus and the lighting. I had mentioned I was looking for a computer camera and she told me about the one she was selling and that she would give me a good price. Before committing, I went home to research the Logitech webcams that were available online.
I began researching many reviews on several of Logitech webcam's and looking for prices that I could afford. Unlike the 9000 procam the Logitech quickcam for Mac had great features, plus more additional features built in. I found that the camera she wanted the Logitech quickcam for Mac was going to be my camera of choice also. Although I didn't have a Mac, I found reviews commenting that the webcam was not just compatible for Mac and that the set up with Windows and Window's XP could be done just as easy.

Best of all I was able to have this computer accessory up and running in a matter of seconds after I received it and did not need anyones help.
Actually, If I would have bought the camera from my friend, I would have been paying for her shipping and handling fees.
