I guess how long you stay at an organisation depends on what you get out of it
, skills, development, learning and salary are just some of the things on offer if you're lucky to be in full time employment in times such as these. Nowadays employers have to give the maximum amount of opportunities to employees in order to increase retention. In my opinion long service awards still exist, however the frequency that they are being offered is becoming more and more evident.
