To begin, look surprised and really arch your eyebrows towards your forehead. Then, elongate your face while making an exaggerated O with your mouth. Hold that for a few moments and then let it rest. Repeat about thirty times or until your facial muscles begin to fatigue.

Lift Your Breasts
If you don't like your breasts, you can lift them with pushups or you can do flies with two milk jugs filled with water. Simply lay on your back with your arms out to your sides like you're making snow angels. Then, holding the milk jugs in each hand, and with your elbows just slightly bent so as to prevent straining any tendons, lift your arms up over your head and then slowly lower them back down to your sides. This will work the sides of your chest and will give your breasts a nice lift without surgery.
