At the end of the day, corsets are definitely a plus in any wardrobe. If you are a beginner, though, don't take things too far and wear in hours on end. You need to condition your body because it needs to get used to the corset. For first time users, put it on for not more than two hours. And sleeping in a corset is definitely not recommended!
