Looking Back, I Remember the Tiffany
Sometimes, I would sit down, with a cup of coffee thinking about my past
. Usually I would think about the happy things and unhappy things that have ever happened to me, the very moment which impressed me most and the feelings of pride or regret which I had after a certain thing had been done.And more often I would look at the items which I have been keeping since my youth so as to trace out a special memory. It is strange that sometimes, just by standing looking at my treasures, the varieties of memories would pour to me simultaneously, which are often hard to control. I always keep my things in different drawers, which leads to a number of drawers full of little items inside. While my most important treasures are kept in a delicate box, which is carefully put in the drawer beside my bed. When I feel at a loss, I would often take the box out, seeing the items carefully, and each of which represents a happy moment in my life.

In the box, there is a notebook, on which my first composition was carefully written, which was praised by my teacher as a success. You can never imagine how happy and proud I was when I was able to stand in the center of the class and read my composition out loud! Other things such as the paper of promises that I would not do the same mistakes again, which I had made to my parents when I was a little child, were also kept in that box. And every time I saw them, I was reminded of my parents' words that I should be a good girl and try to perfect myself.
And there is a little light blue bag in my box, where the Tiffany ring my husband bought to propose to me is placed. Even till today, I am still remembering his nervousness when he handed me the beautiful Tiffany ring and asked me to do him the honor of marrying him. At that time, I myself was too surprised and excited to say a word, which made him more upset. Looking back, I know that I have made the right choice of marrying him, for he is sure of all the most sincere and considerate man.
In fact, it is almost inevitable that our life is accompanied by happiness and sadness, and only if we look back can we enjoy the happy moments more and draw lessons from what past has left us.
