They use a compensation plan akin to that used by Amway & Nuskin which is the stairstep-breakaway system. Many do struggle to make a significant income with this comp plan simply because you MUST keep up your personal sponsoring and stay ahead of your team members, if you don't, you will face losing commissions when someone under you reaches the same or higher level than you. For those willing to put in the personal effort then there is definitely a lot of money to be made with this company.

Many companies and uplines will tell you to make a list of one hundred people that you are acquainted with in some way, this is called your warm market, you then are told to call them up and prospect them about your business. But when you have exhausted that list what next? It's not uncommon for very few if any sales or sponsors are made solely from you initial list.
