Los Angeles Homes In Luxury Beach Areas

In the city of Los Angeles there is a lot of real estate up for grabs

. The primary areas where the Los Angeles homes are located include Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and the other areas that are from the ocean to Griffith Park. These are the traditional locations but in the past few years the popular locations for the mansions have moved to the Santa Monica Mountains and the rolling hills located in Malibu. These mansions are along the shore. The celebrity concentration in Malibu is incredibly high and is now denser than the Cannes Film Festival. There are a large amount of homes that provide great views of the Pacific Ocean on the Ventura County Line.

Individuals who want to stay in Los Angeles but leave the hustle and bustle will generally relocate to the areas around the Santa Monica Mountains and Malibu. The old estates can be found on the Palos Verdes Peninsula primarily at the southern portion of the Bay in Santa Monica. Many different older estates can be seen here. The newly built homes are higher on the hills and the views are quite popular since they showcase the coast and the Channel Islands.

Los Angeles does not only consist of these areas though. There are multiple properties along the beach running from Topanga to Palos Verdes. These properties are the beaches in South Bay and the other beaches located in the metropolitan area north of the Los Angeles International Airport.

The South Bay area includes the three surf towns and beaches. They are the Hermosa, Redondo, and Manhattan Beaches. These are the most famous in all of southern California. The towns give off the small town feel and the population densities are sparser than the congested inner portions of the city. Although the populations have increased, they are not nearly as high as other areas. The views in these areas provide visions of the Strand which goes from Palos Verdes to the airport. Condos and homes are readily available in all three of the beach areas.

Moving to the northern portion of the Los Angeles Airport you will find Los Angeles homes that are older. Beach front homes can be found here as well just like to the south of the airport. The beach front homes offer the appealing aspects of sun, sandy white beaches, and the piers so highly desired. Venice and Marina del Rey are found in these areas. Marina del Rey is the place of the largest marina with small boats on the entire coast. High rise residences are all over the area.

Venice is a very urban and classified as being a funky location. It is a bit different then the multitude of other beach communities in California. Depending on your personality you may consider this to be a good thing or even a bad thing. Venice's other popular selling points include the Abbot Kinney business district, the boardwalk which has a lot of development currently, and the canals.

The only large district of being a downtown area is Santa Monica. The beaches can be viewed by standing on the high bluff where the buildings that rise high above the sea can be found. The population is also quite dense in the area around the beaches by Venice. It is such a fun and beautiful city, lots of character abounds. There is a wonderful area on 3rd street, called Third Street Promenade, that's nice to go to and close to the Los Angeles homes and apartments.

Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica on its northern end are quite similar with homes that are estates but give a rural feel off to individuals who view them.
