2. Train With Weights

Cardio is important, but if you really want to accelerate your fat loss and lose weight fast, you'll need to do some weight training! Getting into the gym 2-3 times per week and gaining some strength will boost your metabolism by adding some lean muscle to your frame.

3. Do Fasted Cardio

You don't need to do endless amounts of treadmill walking to lose weight fast, but you do need to do some cardio. The best way to do it is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. When you have no food in your system and go for a walk, your body is forced to use body fat as energy.

4. Eat Your Carbs in the Morning

You don't need to go ultra low-carb to lose weight fast, but you do need to be smart with the carbs you eat and when you eat them. The best thing to do is to have whole grains in your first meal or two of the day. This way, your body can use the energy from the carbs to fuel your day and not store them as fat.

5. Don't Worry about Saturated Fat!

You heard that right! You certainly shouldn't eat tons of it (or tons of any fat), but saturated fat is not nearly as bad as some diet "gurus" make it out to be. The real enemy is processed, hydrogenated fat, the kind you find in soybean oil, corn oil, and other oils found in packaged foods. Getting some saturated fat from lean red meat and coconuts oils won't do you any harm.
