1. Get your mindset right
If you are in the right frame of mind you will be more likely to succeed in whatever you set out to do. With weight loss you will be more likely to achieve your goals and you will be less likely to give up.
Here are some tips to get you in the right frame of mind, so that you can start losing weight:
Find your motivation by writing down your top 10 reasons for wanting to succeed.
Always believe in yourself and that you can lose weight, if you put in the effort.
Try to be positive and don't get stuck in the moment (think long term).
2. Part with your bad habits
Your bad habits will be the thing that will stand in your way of losing weight quickly. You will time and time again make them if you don't do something to break the bad cycle.
Some of your bad habits might be to skip breakfast or exercise or to eat too much sweets.
But whatever they are, you have to find a way to beat them. You can do this by sitting down and writing what your bad habits are and then you can slowly start to work on the one at a time.
3. Draw up a solid weight loss plan
The saying "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail", couldn't be more true. You got to have a solid weight loss plan when you want to lose weight quickly.
You can make your own weight loss plan by setting some solid goals.
Be sure to set diet, exercise and other goals. And don't set goals that are out of your reach, like losing 10 pounds in a month. Rather set goals that you can control and that are realistic, like exercising for at least 4 days a week.

Please don't follow the latest fast, fad diet. Such diets only harm your long term weight loss. You can follow a healthy, normal eating plan and lose weight quickly. You just have to go smart about it.
Here are some tips that will help you to make your meals more healthy, so that it is geared for weight loss success:
You will have to consume less calories so try to cut back on high calorie foods and fill half of your plate with salad or veg to help you cut back. Eat 6 small, healthy meals more regularly - it will help you to eat less. Eat 100% healthy - it is lower in carbs and fat. Avoid take-aways and sweets.
5. Do the best exercise for weight loss
You will have to exercise for at least 5 days a week if you want to lose weight fast. For best results, do 4 days of cardio and 2 days of weight training. Be sure to train with light weights, to avoid building too much muscle that weighs more. Cardio wise, the best cardio to do is cardio interval training for 20-30 minutes at a time.
6. The most difficult part of them all
Losing weight quickly may be not that difficult to do, especially when it comes to maintaining your weight loss. Continue with your healthy eating plan and still exercise regularly to ensure that the weight stays off.
