I hate diets; I mean I actually hate them so much I would never go on them

. In fact I could never see myself planning that on one day I will eat a certain food and the next day I will eat a certain different food. Dieting sucks it truly does. If you're like me and you love your food then chances are you don't want to go on a strict diet, having said that i'm betting that you would also want to lose weight and for this reason I wrote this article which will give you little tips on how to keep your weight down.

I wouldn't call this guide a diet, because it isn't strict and doesn't take too much effort at all to lose your weight.

The first tip I will give you is to switch your drinking habits, instead of drinking your favourite soda switch to either the diet version or an even healthier fruit drink. Swapping just 2 glasses of soda for the diet equivalent will save you a massive 300 calories a day.

Eat more protein at the start of the day. Ideally at breakfast you will want to eat more yes I said it eat more at breakfast time and then slowly calm your eating down towards the rest of the day. Adding some quality eggs to your breakfast can and will save you up to 200 calories throughout the day.


Like I said this isn't a diet but more of a little guide that everyone can do to lose a little weight, but now and again we all like our fast food and i'm guilty as charged when it comes to a McDonalds. Most diets will tell you right away to cut out the fast food however if you love food then chances are you're not going to cut them out. One tip I would suggest when ordering a McDonalds or similar fast food product is to get the kids version of your meal. Sure the kid's version isn't as filling but at least you're having a little treat. Doing this alone will save you 390 calories.

Losing weight doesn't have to be hard and it doesn't even require much effort. Using any one of these tips will allow you to lose weight, however combining these methods will sure help you on the fast track to weight loss success. Slashing just 500 calories from your diet a day will help you lose around 50 pounds a year. That's not bad when you're not exactly putting in a lot of effort.
