Losing 25 Pounds In A Month Is Possible - Here Are The Top 5 Tips To Make It Happen With Ease!

Have you ever believed that it is impossible to lose 25 pounds in a month

? Do you think the only way to do this is to do something really dangerous, restrictive or involves yo-yo dieting? Well, it doesn't have to and I would like to give you 5 tips that I personally use to lose weight and improve my overall health. Here are a few items that you will learn by the end of this article:

A. It is absolutely possible to lose 25 pounds in a month.

B. You will not have to try anything dangerous or restrictive.

C. You will NOT end up gaining the weight back and then some because everything I will talk about is 100% natural.


Before I start mentioning the 5 top tips, I would like to say there are a couple items I did not add to the list but are just as important. I did not add them because they are no-brainer tops. Getting 100% proper nutrition, drinking plenty of water throughout the day and at least 8 hours of sleep are what I consider to be a no-brainer.

On the subject of sleep, I may be contradicting myself a little since it is 2:15 am as I am typing this article! LOL.

Alright, now here are my top 5 tips (besides the normal important tips above):

1.) Have A Clear Goal - Whatever your goal is to increase your motivation, such as bikini ready, fitting into those favourite jeans or just losing 25 pounds in one month, be sure to set a specific goal.

2.) Have A CLEAR Reason - To keep yourself motivated have a clear reason as to why you want to accomplish it. Is it because you want to be healthier? Are you tired of feeling sluggish? Are you sick of looking at yourself in the mirror?

3.) Eat More Raw Foods - Eating raw foods such as fruits, veggies, nuts, and other natural raw foods will improve your digestive system, takes more to break down so essentially it increases your metabolism, cleanses your body, and most importantly, improves your overall health!

4.) Exercise With CONTINUALLY Burning Fat In Mind - In order to lose fat, you must increase your resting metabolic rate. To do this, you must incorporate interval training and compound weight training. Doing this will get your body to become a fat burning machine. Soon enough you will lose 25 pounds in a month.

5.) Avoid Causing Hunger Pangs - If you want to lose 25 pounds in a month, stop skipping breakfast, cut out sugar completely, drink plenty of water, and eat every 2 - 3 hours. Stop hunger pangs before they start. Stick will these 5 tips and soon you will lose 25 pounds in a month.
