Next, lift your left arm from the floor and wrap your fingers around your right arm. Put some pressure on your arm and hold this position with your head leaning to your shoulder for a count of five. Swap sides and repeat.

Another tip to get rid of your double chin is to avoid certain foods. These foods include sugary, high fat foods and more such as salt, cookies, cakes, soda, processed foods, fizzy drinks, pastry, fatty meat, bacon and hamburgers.

When trying to reduce a double chin, you can add the following tips to the double chin exercises and foods to avoid list.

3. Drink loads of water to make sure your body is hydrated.
