These are just some of the possible things you can do to achieve something. But the main point here is that don't ever attempt to do them at the same time. If ever there are people telling you that they can do it at the same time, maybe steroids are involved in their process. But this is never safe thing to even consider. This is a chemical crap that will only destroy your body.
