Low Frequency Passive Animal Tracking Rfid Tag

Toronto, Canada - GAO RFID Inc. (www.GAORFID.com) has released its passive, contactless animal tracking RFID tag operating at the frequency of 134.2kHz. The transparent RFID tag is designed to be injected into animals via syringe and is an ideal solution for animal tracking but can also be used for small asset identification.

This bio-glass RFID tag, model 112001, features a small size, a light weight and long-term durability. It supports multi-detection and has a read range of 2cm to 3cm when being injected into animals. The low frequency tag is furnished with BIO Glass 8625; it is waterproof and resistant to immersion in salt water, alcohol, oil, 10% HCL and ammonia. The RFID tag supports data coding types including Manchester, PSK, FSK, Biphase and NRZ. It is compliant with ISO117484, ISO117485, EM4102 and EPC standards.
