I love this tv. Bought it for my kitchen, and tried another first but sent it back and ordered this one. I'm not a tech-geek, so this amazon page, with its detailed look at features/workability, really helped me to decide on this one. Very happy with it. The picture is excellent and the color/features adjustments are easy for me to understand. I can get the picture I want as far as brightness/color depth/sharpness. Love it! Would definitely buy this brand again--am hoping to save enough to get a 32" for the bedroom next.

This is my second LG hdtv. Both of the tv's are superior to what I've viewed at comparable prices.
Overall, works well as a television.
This monitor works well as a television for the most part. The only downside thus far is the auto programming; I tried to hook it up to the cable myself to save some money (this is supposed to be easy using the auto program feature) and it seemed to work fine, but I've noticed the channels are somehow out of order, so that's a little annoying. I think I'll have to make a call to the cable company after all. That is why I gave the television a mediocre rating under ease of use. Also, my other television, a Sharp, hooked up to my laptop easier than this one. Other than those two things, it's a good TV and was very easy to assemble (stand, etc). It also comes with a remote.
Needed small HD for Office
Clear crisp picture - set up adjacent to my computer - perfect for this application. Only real downer is the quality of the speakers - but that doesn't seem to be unusual for HDTVs
