Lower Ab Exercise - A Flat Stomach is Possible


Let's say that, ten people want a flat stomach but only one of the ten has one, why is that? It may be because the other nine do not want to put forth the effort. Or perhaps it is because the other nine do not know what lower ab exercise to do. I believe that a flat stomach is available to any one who is willing to put forth the effort to get one. Are you willing? Then read on and we will direct you to the things you must do to get to where you want to get.

Let me just say that it will take more than just one lower ab exercise to get the job done. It would be a great thing if all we had to do is abdominal crunches three times a week and like magic the perfect fl;at stomach would instantly materialize. Not going to happen. Actually it will take a concerted effort on your part to apply three techniques if you want six-pack abs.

First you need to set your mind to it. You cannot give up after a couple of days or weeks. It is going to take an effort to succeed as it does for anything worthwhile. Get your mind set that you are going to make it come heck or high water.


Second put together a well rounded exercise routine. One that hits your entire body. Just doing one lower ab exercise just will not cut it. You first have to be able to burn the extra fat from your body. This will mean that you have to concentrate on all the major muscles of your body and not just the lower abs or core area.

Thirdly you will need to do a few extra core exercises that will key in on your abs. Again one lower ab exercise will not get the job done. You will need to do some crunches, sit-ups, and other core muscle strengthening if you want to see that flat stomach emerge out of the layer of visceral fat that has been hanging around that midsection for so long. I like to do pull-ups since it helps my biceps and I can feel my core muscles tightening as I do them.

I also do the plank using a large exercise ball because it not only tightens the core muscles but makes me keep my balance which works even more of my muscles. Just about any exercise or activity that makes you have to keep your balance will help your core. Have you ever seen a really good skateboarder with a huge belly? No and it is because they need to keep their balance on their board. Most pros have washboard type abs.

Bottom line is that just doing one lower ab exercise will not get the job done. Here is what I did to help me get a flat stomach.
