Lucid dreaming is the ability to dream and be consciously aware that you are dreaming. It is a way of entering, or perhaps I should say re-entering, the Astral Plane.

This is the invisible realm from which everything we know, including our imagination and those metaphysical aspects inherent in our beings, spring.

Think of it this way: Your dreams are the other side of your waking life, - just as your waking life is the other side of your dreams.


Once you are able to be awake, truly awake, in your dreams you will find yourself asking if there is any difference between the dream you think you are dreaming, and the reality you think you are experiencing in your waking life.

You will then realize that it is through your dreaming life that you create your physical life and all its experiences. It is in the dream state that you make the choices you then experience in your waking state.

Once you realize this, you will become convinced of the advantages of lucid dreaming.

How to Have a Lucid Dream

The following are instructions that should help you experience a very special type of lucid dream.

This type of dream will help harmonize any parts of your being that might currently 'warring' with each other, and unintentionally be preventing you from experiencing the full creative power of your being.

I recommend you keep a notepad and pen close at hand, so that you can write down your dream(s) upon awakening.

1. Relax Completely

Sit comfortably on your bed, look straight ahead and lift your eyes to a 45-degree angle, then close your eyelids. This will help you achieve your Alpha Level of Consciousness, as it helps slow down your brain frequencies.

Lie down on your bed keeping your eyes in the same position.

2. Count Backwards

Begin mentally to count down from 10 to 1. Tell yourself with every count that you are becoming more relaxed physically but more alert mentally. Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly, more slowly with each count.

3. Make a Mental Request

As soon as you reach the number 1, mentally ask for a True Dream that comes from the Gates of Horn to help harmonize the portions of your being.

These types of lucid dreams will get you involved with the underlying beliefs behind your day-to-day reality, and will help you see how you create your own reality.

When you awaken, immediately write down everything you can remember about the dream. Trust that its meaning will become clearer as the day progresses.
