This can also lead to some misjudgment. If we get lutein through diet, we may have to eat an unimaginable quantity of food to meet the requirement. It is doubtless that lutein is very effective in the prevention of AMD. However, many professors hold that we should take multi-nutritional supplements if we want to maintain perfect visions. In these supplements are zexamanthin and other substances included.
