Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL) a known Real Estate Developer in Delhi has declared partnership with a leading international Real Estate Private Equity Fund known as 'Red Ford Capital' by signing an agreement. The nature of this agreement proposes to sell 5% of additional stake for premium luxury residential project, which is to be constructed at Civil Lines, Delhi. With the additional stake hold help there will be an increase in the total value investment of Red Fort Capital by Rs.1, 200-million from Rs.1, 000-million.

Parsvnath Developers Ltd will execute this plan through its subsidiary company 'Parsvnath Landmark Developers Pvt. Ltd' under the section of premium luxury residential project. Project named 'Parsvnath La Tropicana' will be spread across an area of 17 acres. The project is already under commencement stage wherein the Parsvnath had received all the major sanctions from government besides MCD and environment clearances. The agreement entered also includes supplementary agreement with 'Red Fort Capital' which comprises investment details of about 5% of equity capital interest i.e., around Rs.250-million by way of purchase in investment from PDL.

Red Fort Capital and Parsvnath together have raised hopes of Buying Residential Apartment in Delhi in North Delhi region and near by commercial properties gurgaon. The proportionate ratio of apartment will be launched in year 2011 or start of year 2012 as project has just started on operation stage.
