MBT Shoe,Very comfortable and very easy to get used to

Love the MBT shoe Bomoa. I have several other pairs of MBTs - they are one of the only shoes I can wear these days that supports my feet well enough to do long walks. This is the first pair that is actually kind of cute - they don't look like "my crazy walking shoes", which is what my son calls my other MBTs. I find that the fit is exactly the same as my other MBTs, which is 1/2 size bigger than my "regular" shoes. Am saving up for the brown pair, too!I do not like the new shoe. Even though they told me it was the same shoe in every respect but designed to look better...I do not believe them. After walking in the new shoe for a week...it is definitely not the same. Going back to my old pair and try to get some more before the old design is discontinued...which I hope they do not do...why not leave a good thing alone.

Very comfortable and very easy to get used to. First day, I forgot I had walking shoe on and wore them around the house for about four hours. I did notice that my legs were tired and realized why. There is definitely toning of the calves. Not seen any change in the rear yet. I did not follow the recommendation that I read somewhere about going down one half size. With socks, the shoe is about one half size too large. It is still comfortable and I just wear slightly thicker socks. The shoes look much better in person and give the illusion that your feet are smaller.

I have used the sneakers (since they first came out) and stopped wearing them after I had a spinal fusion (didn't hurt anymore, didn't need them) then I got rear ended by a car a year later! My spine hurt! I remembered how wonderful these sneakers worked, but didn't want to condemn myself to being a fashion victim with dress pant and sneakers AGAIN!!! These boots are comfy, not as inclined as the sneakers, but I can already feel a bit of a difference in my lower back pain, and my c-spine. Plus I have lost weight!!! And my butt is tight! I highly recommend to anyone that needs these types of shoes... splurge, your spine is worth it! (Don't get all cheap and go to the knock offs... they are more sketchy... if you catch my meaning.) Oh and BTW, order a 1/2 size up, and they are wide enough for a wide width foot! Narrows I think you will need a thick pair of socks! Oh and great ankle support!
