The tricky thing about the Internet is that it's completely free of sensorship, which means there's lots of really bad advice out there, and it's mixed in with the good. That makes it really hard to separate the two, especially for those who are just getting their businesses off the ground.

Books, on the other hand, have usually gone through some sort of a review process before publication. An editor or publisher has read them and checked them for accuracy. In fact, that's another problem about Internet information, some of it isn't just wrong, it's also illegal; definitely something to keep in mind.
