MLM Prospecting: Tips to Strike Internet Marketing Gold


MLM prospecting is essentially the discipline of finding the correct people to speak to, as well as putting them through a simple process to encourage them to sign up.

Maybe they really, really, really, desire to have the freedom to take their family on vacation. So, if they tell you they want to get out of debt, you still haven't located their REAL, underlying need, just a need. But, it's impossible to know unless you ask some thought-provoking questions, plus keep digging until it becomes apparent what they're really searching for.

3. Presentation

Now that you've found a need, you can send them to a presentation. You may get them to watch it by telling them it will help them accomplish whatever their need was. Since you were the individual who got it out of them, they'll accredit you with providing a solution.

If you found this guy on the internet, send them to an online presentation. If you located them at the supermarket, hand them a CD. People who don't work online are a lot less likely to take the time to locate a website as well as watch a 30 minute presentation, or vice versa.

4. Close

This is in fact the easiest step, by far. Marketers get hung up here, but if you've followed these MLM prospecting steps, the only thing you have to do is ask.
