When it comes to MLM recruiting, there's a right way and a wrong way

. Unfortunately, most people only know the old way. They believe they need to SELL their opportunity initially to their family & friends, then to apply the 3-foot rule, and - if they haven't quit yet - they may attempt to SELL opportunity seekers as well.

BUT - people don't like to be sold. These MLM recruiting tactics no longer are viable for many people; your prospects (or suspects most of the time) can feel you trying to pitch them a thousands miles away, and as soon as they get that feeling that they are about to get sold they immidiately close up. On top of that, the news travels magically to your entire social network with your desperate, unprofessional approach to basically "take advantage of them" - and no one wants to look like a sucker.

Now this is not to say that you will never be able to talk to your friends and family or business associates about your business. But you have to stop appearing desperate and stop making your prospects feel like you need them. Successful MLM recruiting doesn't work like that.

If you want your MLM recruiting to really take off, you must put into play the law of attraction - NOT the law of repulsion! Try to get inside the mind of your prospects: how genuinely interested are you in someone who's pitching you on something that you may or may not even have an interest or need for? Are you attracted to them, or maybe even a little repulsed? Most people would be repulsed!


This is how you can succeed with your MLM recruiting: first of all, stop pitching and selling! People don't like to be sold - but they do like to buy! If you can get them to first sell THEMSELF on YOU, you're in business. They must like, trust and respect you in regards to business.

How do you do that? The first thing you do is, you concentrate on the needs of your prospects: what are their problems, what answers can you provide to help them. Find the answers to their problem and give them the information. This creates trusts and builds a bond (while branding you as a leader along the way). Over time as your prospects receive more and more value, you are now the expert because of all the amazing answers you've provided them. Now they'll start listening to your recommendations and start buying from you - even asking you what they should buy. All of a sudden people are magnetically attracted to you, want to follow you and want to join you.

And do you know how your mindset has changed? The fear dissipates, your confidence emerges, and you're filled with optimism. MLM recruiting is easy when you become a top earner and master attraction marketing.
