. Read on then because I'm going to share a story about Tom Challan who's a master at recruiting folks into the mlm industry. You need to follow the value that Tom Challan delivered on an interview. Why bother? Because using only cold leads, Tom Challan, with his sponsoring secrets, recruited 500 people in 1 year working 20 hours a week into his MLM business. His next year, Tom recruited 300 but only worked 10 hours a week. Isn't that fantasic!This is what Tom Challan recommends you should do in your business.

MLM Sponsoring Secret #1: Make it a TEAM focused environment. When you put your vision on a team environment, individuals are drawn to a community. So imagine, do you want to feel alone or rather part of a team with a cooperative spirit? When you are part of a community a synergy is built around team mates, Ideas can be bounced around, opinions encouraged, and feedback given. You can invite the new recruit into your mastermind community with a link to a site to train them on building their business and you're free to to continue building your business.

MLM Sponsoring Secret #2: Every Team Member Is Special. Always build up and praise your team members spirit and the value they bring to everyone. You can do this in an email, team chat room instant message or quick video. Doesn't matter how your team mates are producing but let them know you appreciate them and their efforts.

MLM Sponsoring Secret #3: Create a team mindset that you don't have to work 80 hours a week to succeed in MLM. After some minor tweaking, Tom Challan focused on recruiting 1 to 3 people a day and no more. He would just plug the new team member into his team training and just go back to sponsoring for his scheduled time that day. He then focused on quality family time at the end of scheduled recruiting time. Isn't why we all got involved in mlm, to spend more quality time with the one's we love?

MLM Sponsoring Secret #4: A Leader continues to do the same as the team. In todays MLM world, Tom says the true definition of a leader is one that leads by example. If a team member ever comes to you and says "I've joined your team now and need to make money. What do I do?" Your answer as a leader should be "All you have to do is copy me." Whether it's by email or phone, I direct my prospects to a training site where they see or hear the presentation. Direct them to a message that explains everything so you don't have to. Collect a decision and sponsor your prospect.

MLM Sponsoring Secret #5: Don't work with someone who thinks they know it all. Some individuals sign up in a company go thru the training and just get it! They start producing their first month, but this is not the norm. It may take a few months to build momentum where you're comfortable generating your own leads and putting them thru a system that weeds out the tire kickers and curious folks.

To grow in anything one does in life you have to just do it. However if you truly want to be great, then get a coach that will take you through the shortest route possible and teach you what's working today.
