If you could get promoted in your MLM business just by how many people you talk to, how wealthy would you be right now? If you are anything like me then I am sure you have to talked to your fair share of people and had your fair share of rejection. My family was having a hard time trying to understand why i was doing something other than what I went to school for five and a half years for. You can imagine that I did not get very far when I would call them up.

When I did venture online to start generating leads I had another challenge to face. I had no idea what I was going to say when I called my leads back. How tuff could it be? They wouldn't mind hearing from me, or why else would they leave their number? Before I made my first call I just knew that I was about to be a couple thousand dollars a month richer after I got done with hitting the phones. Having leads to call isn't as important as knowing what to say to those leads when you call them.

In this industry we have to sponsor new reps in order to grow our organization and more importantly to grow our residual income. If you are talking to hundreds of people, but you are trying to sell and convince them on why they should join your company, chances are that you are not going to sponsor many of those people. Of course you are going to sponsor some of them, but the question is did they sign up because they truly understand the opportunity, or because you hyped them up? You want people to join you because they want to be there and are willing to work. You don't want them to be there because you told them they are going to be rich and then 30 days roll by and they want to quit, because the fantasy has worn off.

Until I received some life changing MLM sponsoring techniques from master recruiter Mark Wieser I was in the same boat. I was on the internet searching like you are now and I stumbled upon an interview with Mark. Just to give you an idea of his value, Mark is able to sponsor 10 - 20 people into his company a month. I quickly learned that MLM sponsoring is a skill and in order to master this skill you have to learn from the best. After I watched this interview I had an epiphany and realized I was handling my prospects, during conversation, in the complete opposite way that I should have. We are the ones sitting on the gold mine. So, instead of chasing and persuading your prospects, you have to change your mindset and start qualifying them.
