MLM Sponsoring – Where's The Team Duplication?

Do your MLM sponsoring efforts seem daunting? Allow me to make a suggestion

. The Laws of Viral Expansion must be followed to assure sponsoring success in your MLM. Sounds catchy Nelson. What's your point. You got involved with MLM because you like people and want to lead a team, correct? A team leader leads his team by example by expanding, mentoring and edifying the team. So how do you get duplication in your MLM team? How do you duplicate your MLM teams' sponsoring success to continue to grow exponentially with little interaction from you? Follow the 4 Laws outlined here.

Create a Simple Plan

You have to make whatever you do look easy. Keep it simple. Whenever someone watches a video or reads an article or sees a webinar presentation you want them to say " I can invest 2 hours a day doing that to build my business. That looks fun or that's easy to do. Always maintain simplicity by breaking processes down to easy steps. Explain it to them, then show them thru a video or webinar so they can see how simple it is. For example creating and submitting an article to over 100+ article directories may be overwhelming for someone hearing it for the first time but if you break down the steps and show them I'm sure a new team member or someone who's never done that strategy would feel more confident. Convey that message in every training you do.

It's About the Team - Not You

Focus on the team more than yourself. Edify your team and others. Don't brag too much about your accomplishments. Never do something that isn't positive for your team. A true leader never places the spotlight on him or her but on the team. Whenever you're holding a team webinar never place too much emphasis on what you personally are achieving but how your team is doing a fantastic job in sales and recruiting. Saying something like this really goes a long way, "YOU guys rock. Our team is having phenomenal growth and leader duplication and it's all because of YOUR hard work!" Never underestimate the power of a kind and empowering statement towards your team.

No Brainer Mentality

You have to make those people that feel they can't do MLM understand that anyone regardless their level of education, age, culture, background, circumstance, whatever... CAN DO this business! Empower your team with stories of a single parent with 2 jobs who still found time to work this business on a part time basis and is now a successful marketer. Or the story of a young man who only had $200 dollars to his name and wrote articles on a daily basis until he began generating consistent daily leads for free and is now one of the top producers inside his MLM company.

Edify Those Before You

Don't do MLM on your own. Always encourage your team to do 3-way calls. This may be why certain team members are unable to create a presence for themselves. You have to understand that most people have more influence than yourself. Edify the experts on your team and while your expert is speaking with your prospect they will return that edification back over to you and this will give you more exposure, branding and power than you could ever have alone with your prospects. Keep doing 3-way calls with your sponsor or other leaders within your MLM.
