The world of MLM Training is full of people telling you what to do. With a quick search you can find an endless supply of MLM Training videos, audios, scripts and tutorials. Some are good. Some are bad. Some are just plain useless. I'll let you in on a little secret though. When it comes to MLM Training, you need to ask yourself one question. Is the person providing the training following their own advice?

The answer to this question will tell you all you need to know about the quality of the MLM Training program you are looking at. It amazes me how many MLM Training courses there are out there teaching ideas and techniques that the person teaching them wouldn't dream of using. If you are going to learn how to build a successful network marketing business, don't you want to use the same techniques that have made the trainer successful? Maybe some of the people developing MLM Training programs just do this so that it looks like they have a lot more material. Maybe they think that people will be more interested in their training if they cover a hundred different ways to advertise.

In reality though, this is completely unnecessary. People don't want to learn every possible way to do something. They just want to learn a few ways that work. There are literally hundreds of different topics that are relevant to building a network marketing business. You definitely don't need to learn even a fraction of them to be able to build a successful business. All you are really looking for is a mentor and trainer who will teach you what they used to build their successful business and help you build yours.

I have spent a lot of time over the years developing my marketing systems and training programs. In every instance though, it was fairly straightforward for me to create the training material. This is because I didn't have to invent anything. I simply took what I was already using to build my successful network marketing business and turn it into presentations and course material. Why would I teach people to do something that I wouldn't do? If it doesn't make sense for my business then it probably doesn't make sense for yours. That's not to say that everyone's business is or should be the same but the beauty of network marketing is that anyone can succeed. This means that techniques that will work for one person will pretty much work for another.

I guess the shame is only that there are people out there selling useless MLM Training programs that seem good but in reality are a lot of nothing. My advice is to make sure that you look into any MLM Training course before you spend a lot of time with it. Talk to the owner or training developer. Ask them about their techniques and how they became successful. Make sure they even are successful. You want to make sure that you are learning from the best possible people you can find.
