MLM Training: Is Training the key to MLM success?

Whenever I meet someone new to Network (or Multi-Level) Marketing

, they always ask me the same question. "What is the secret to your success?" I usually answer this question in various ways but what it comes down to is that there isn't really a secret. There are simply some basic principles to follow that will allow anyone to have success.

There are many misconceptions about what these basic principles really are. I'm sure you've all heard some of the famous lines like "Whoever has the most leads wins". That's true but only to a point. Let's say you have a giant pile of bricks and you want to build something. You know that you want to build a house but you have no idea how to build one. What do you do? Since you really don't know how to build a house, you just keep trying different methods, hoping someday you will end up with a house.

The situation with Multi-Level Marketing business is exactly the same. You have a list of contacts and/or leads. You keep calling them and working them and sometimes even enrolling them in your business but somehow it never seems to work out. You never seem to be able to get over the hump and actually generate a decent income from your Multi-Level Marketing business. You can't seem to achieve MLM success. And you can't seem to figure out why not?

Well, at the end of the day, bricks are bricks and leads are leads. They are all equally good. You just need to know how to use them. This is where the secret to my success comes in MLM Training. Specific MLM Training for you, for your team and for your new recruits. No matter what MLM system you are using or how many leads you have, the person who is always working to improve themselves and their methods will be the one who has success.

If you don't think a proper MLM training program will make all the difference in the world, let me give you this example. You have a relatively new MLM business. You joined an exciting company with great products and a lucrative compensation plan and you are so excited to make your fortune. You start contacting everyone you know. You tell them about this great opportunity. You tell them that they can fulfill their dreams. Andthey agree to join you. Hooray, you have the first member of your team. Now that you have signed them up, the first thing they ask you is: "What do I do now?" So you tell them all your secrets: Get lots of leads, contact them, enroll them. And they look at you and say "How?"

This is where my secret comes in. They need training. Not just any old MLM training. They need specific, step-by-step MLM Training that will explain everything they need to do and HOW to do it. Telling them what to do and where to do it isn't enough. Those are easy. It's the HOW that they really need. So your job then is to find an exceptional MLM Training program. There are many free MLM training websites and many other inexpensive ones. Find a great one that will help you and your members learn HOW to succeed. After you do that, the only thing left is to cash your big commission cheques.
