Madly Kenzo Is Inspired By The Colourful Psychedelic Butterflies

Whether it is the brand's best selling Flower or the water inspired L"Eau Par Kenzo, every perfume has its own distinctive story that perfectly represents the unique brand values. The latest offering of Kenzo is 'Madly Kenzo' that is the creation by Aurelien Guichard. It is a sparkling fruity floral fragrance. The name of the new perfume reflects the crazy stunts of Kenzo Takada on the runway such as wild animals on the ramp-walk with Takada atop an elephant. The name 'Madly Kenzo' is probably the best that embodies Kenzo Takada's wild and audacious takes on creativity.

Madly Kenzo is a superb new feminine fragrance that is bold and ultra-sensual. The campaign images, as well as, the packaging of this Kenzo fragrance uses colourful butterflies for symbolising the thrill of the beauty and freedom of a woman. The creator of Madly Kenzo perfume came up with a sensual fragrance, which is used in both the Eau de Toilette and Eau de Parfum through combining the Heliotrope flower with Virginian Cedarwood. Heliotrope is such an ingredient, which is rarely used in perfumery. In the new perfume, Heliotrope flower is combined with cedar wood for developing an enticing and madly sensual mixture of two addictive essences. Guichard has already developed 3 perfumes for Kenzo and is also the creator of Comme des Garcons Play, Gucci Guilty, Diane von Furstenberg Diane, new perfumes for Robert Piguet, and also, this year"s Issey Miyake Pleats Please.

Madly Kenzo perfume is warm and spicy and includes top notes of African orange blossom and pink pepper; middle notes include incense, heliotrope and rose and base notes are virginia cedar, musk and vanille. However, the Madly Kenzo Eau de Toilette is a lighter and summery affair. It is a fruity twist, which opens with sparkling fruity top notes of litchi and pear and leads to the same floral heart note of the heliotrope flower along with a base note of cedarwood and white musk. The design of the bottle is created Ron Arad, who invented a butterfly wing in motion and features a flash of colour- violet purple for the Eau de Parfum and magenta pink for the Eau de Toilette. Ron Arad perfectly recreated the stylised nature that is so dear to Kenzo.

Amber Anderson, who is a British actress, is the face of Madly Kenzo campaign. The vibrant campaign was shot by director Patrick Gued in Argentina.
