Magento Development How To Install Magento Using Downloader

To use Magento successfully for Magento development it is important to first install it using Apache Web Server (1.x or 2.x), Linux, Windows, or another UNIX-compatible operating system as well as PHP 5.2.0 or newer with simplexml, MySQLi, mcrypt, PDO/MySQL, DOM and mhash extensions. It will also need Sendmail-compatible Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) and MySQL 4.1.20 or newer.

7) Surf to Magento installation wizard using the web browser.

8) While using the installer version the installation process will run on the downloader. The downloader will try to download all the necessary components. Warning messages found during the process are nothing to worry about. Simply click on Continue magento Installation to continue the process.

9) Configuration of various system level settings is now possible using the wizard. A Magento developer has the right to ignore any unwanted settings.

10) Last taste the success of installing Magento for Magento development successfully. To start developing the online store, simply enter the admin backend and start.
