The De La Salle University also has a graduate school in Makati. They are located in RCBC Tower along Ayala Avenue. The Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Asia's premier management graduate school is located at Paseo de Roxas across Greenbelt.

The Mapua Institute of Technology, another premier university in Intramuros, Manila, also has an extension for graduate and undergraduate studies along Gil Puyat Avenue.Centro Escolar University also has campuses at Gil Puyat Avenue and in Legaspi Village. Far Eastern University also set up their campus at Gil Puyat Avenue. Other educational institutions in Makati are the Lyceum College of Law, Colegio de San Agustin, Asia Pacific College, AMA University, Don Bosco Technical Institute, University of Makati, and Assumption College.
