The only costs I had was my time, my Internet connection and the power I consumed (which, for a computer, is next to nothing). Plus there was the added bonus of not having to use my car so I saved money on fuel and maintenance costs too.

So these ideas are also great for full-time moms (or pops!), students or retired folks.

But what are these secret' methods? Well, they're surprisingly simple but not easy to find.at least, reliable and spam-free ones.

Earn Extra Money at Home with Surveys and Data-entry

By far, the easiest way is to complete surveys for companies or market research firms. It works out really well for both sides. For them, it's much cheaper than traditional methods and, you get to earn some extra cash. However, before you start scouring Google to sign-up for one of the myriad of programs out there, be aware that it's really tough to figure out the legitimate ones. Some of the programs are well-disguised scams and all they want is your money or simply don't deliver as much as they claim! However, there are other programs which are far more reliable since they literally check whether the companies that you do the surveys for, really pay you. If you live outside the US, you can still participate in these surveys so they're not restricted to US residents only.

Another simple way of making extra money at home is to do some data-entry which again, is very simple. All you need to do is type in data (provided by a company) online and you'll get paid for it.

One further method of earning extra money at home that may surprise you is to become a writer. And no, you don't have to be a Pulitzer-winning author to become a writer! We're talking about something much easier than you'd expect. All you need to be able to do is write a unique 500-word article (or thereabouts). The subject could be just about anything. It could be about how to bath a baby, changing a spark-plug on a car, or playing the guitar. Obviously, it's easier to write about things you know but it's not essential since you can research the topic by searching around on the Internet. All you need to do is research that information and write a unique article about the subject in question.

So there you have your three magic doors to start making extra money at home: all you need to do now is take some action. It really isn't that difficult.
