Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding your putter with both hands above your head.
Second Step
Slowly squat down until your thighs are parallel to the ground, keeping the putter above your head and your heels planted firmly on the ground. Hold for a moment and then slowly stand up.

Repeat overhead deep squat 6 to 8 times.
