You should sort through your rooms and put items back where they belong. That way, when you pack items into boxes you will be able to dedicate specific boxes to specific rooms. When items get to their new destination they will all still be together, something that can make it easier to unpack and set them up.

Also include a box that contains bedding hardware or the bolts and screws that you will need to set up beds and other essential pieces of furniture. Packing the tools you need in the same box will keep you from needing to search for them once you have arrived and all of your items have been unloaded from the truck or van that you rented.
