I have generally drawn up four negative points that wearing lingerie would exert on sleeping.
1. As you may not be completely relaxed, the blood circulation does not work normally, making your body stiff and numb. That is why we sometimes may feel uncomfortable with our body during the sleep.
2. Wearing lingerie prevents the skin of body from taking breath smoothly, which holds back the speed of promoting metabolism.
3. There is probably some leaf mold growing on the lingerie. If you go to sleep with a lingerie on, this helps offer a beneficial condition for the leaf mold to grow. If you do not take any immediate measure against the growing bacteria, you will suffer skin disease.
4. As people nowadays tend to suffer a lot of pressure from their job or others, a sleep can be a daily adjustment from fatigue to being refreshed. However, wearing lingerie during sleep just prevents such effect or makes it much weaker.
Although a
sexy lingerie promises a better quality of sex life of a couple, it does not keep a woman healthy. According to a report, sleep naked for a woman brings the benefit as follows:
1. Sleep naked does a good job for making women more beautiful. As the naked skin is exposed to the air and can absorb more nutrient, a woman can have a better metabolism while enhancing the secretion of sebaceous gland and sweat gland. This helps the excretion and regeneration of the sebum.
2. As a woman's private part keeps wet throughout a year, the possibility of suffering gynecopathy can be reduced largely if there is sufficient vent going through the private part of a woman.
A good life relies on a healthy living habit. When we can manage to get rid of the bad habit, a good life will surely stay with us.
